Full-Time Manager
Our Managers lead our team members and are committed to ensuring smooth operation of the restaurant and building good relationships with customers. They uphold our restaurant values and are well-versed in managing the art of conflict resolution. We hope our managers find a home in The Purple Restaurant and will grow with us.
Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day activities and assist in the food and beverage outlets
Organize employee schedules and resolve internal scheduling conflicts
Ensure customers feel comfortable and welcome in our homely restaurant
Qualifications
At least 1 year of full-service restaurant management where you've been an essential part in the success of a high-volume restaurant
Flexibility in working hours and a willingness to cover shifts as needed
Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
Be confident in suggesting improvements and more efficient methods - we are always looking to be better!
Well-versed in vegan/vegetarian/GF diets
